To paypal Fraud Department.

I have experienced difficulties dealing with a paypal member in the month of march. I have attached the files and proofs of e-mails about the entire situations and promisses from the Seller paypal memeber. I would like to explain in details about what happen in the sale process.
I have e-mailed (SPC Album) from last year, and i have asked if the templates would work in with DS Albums software that i have. I wanted to buy the templates only but not their software. So the member replied back to me saying the template would work properly with DS Album software I use. So about 2 months later, we have have contacted the seller one more time and have asked the same question “Does your photo template work with the DS Software”, his reply was Yes.
I have asked him about the templates that i am interested in buying, his reply was, the total price will be around $1000. i have replied to him about paying him only $600 for the total template package that i was interested in all along. The seller emailed me a different template package with only included old templates. The seller removed about seven files which they are very important to me and are the newst product out there.
I have sent him an e-mail asking the seller that i am requesting this list from the seller for only $600. The seller replied with an e-mail to pay the amount to the paypal account or his back account for the amount of $600. For me, It was clearly understood among the seller and the buyer that that the seller accepted the deal.
So i have transferred $600 to his paypal account. The seller sends me the invoice with indicating that i am buying the old templates from him. I have sent him many e-mails insisting to receive the money back because the seller was not an honest person to deal with. After the sale, the seller sent me about 3 e-mails asking me, that if i am interested in the original discussion that included all the templates that we have agreed on, the seller at this time was asking for
$300 more. But orginally, the seller had agreed on to sell the entire template package for $600. I was very frustrated for months dealing with the seller, and I have agreed to pay him $150 more, but the seller would have to send the entire package that he originally agreed on for $600.
The seller replies to me with an e-mail listing the paypal account # and the bank account #. So to me, it was cleary understood that he had also agreed for the $150 extra that i wanted to pay him, but to send the entire template package without missing any files one more time.

To this date, the seller had received $750 and he has not sent me any files that we have been talking about for months and months —-

We have received an e-mail from the seller after waiting a longtime, the e-mail inluded 3 zip files. I have tested the 3 files on my software, and the templates did not work properly. I have e-mailed the seller asking him why didn’t the templates work with the software i use. The seller replied back with an additional 7 templates are not working properly. The seller replied back with the Tutorial Help menu explaining how the templates work on his software system but not mine.
We have asked the seller originally, that we will only buy these templates if they work on my software system and the seller kept promissing that they will work. The seller mentioned to me thru the e-mail, to buy his software system for $599. I have told the seller many times, that i am not interested in buying any new software at this time. The seller replied back to me to use “Photo Shop” software, but that is the long and hard way to operate with this template.
To this date, i have paid the seller the entire amount of $750 that he agreed on. The seller sent me about 10 files of Crearive Album, that i should and must have received a total of 15 files to complete the package. The seller has sent me a link to download 5 files that are not the Creative Albums file to complete the Set. So i have asked the seller “Where are the creative files album 11-15″. The seller replied back saying that Files 11-15 are not inlcuded with your package price.
So, we have came to complete dead end with the seller and have experienced many difficulities and dis-honest person.

For more infomation, the 10 creative files albums that i have received from the seller only 4 are related to the wedding industry which i work in on a daily basis. The missing 4 Creative Album files 11-15 are more important to me. Total files are around 25 files, To this date, I have received from the seller around 12 files, 10 creative album and 2 others, The missing files that i have been promissed are more important to me than what i have received.

Grundsätzlich bekommt man mit Photoblack wirklich ansehnliche Bilder auf Leinwand gedruckt. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Und die matte Epson ist da schon verdammt gut. Nur wenn man beide Ausdrucke nebeneinander legt, sieht man deutliche Unterschiede zwischen den mit Photoblack und den mit Mattblack.

Die PLC-Leinwand von Rauch habe ich nicht probiert, denn als ich vor über einem Jahr auf Epsondrucker umstieg, riet mir damals Carsten Schwarze von der Colorklinik.de davon ab. Von ihm kaufte ich damals meine RIP-Software, und er meinte, mit der PLC bekommt meine akzeptablen Tiefen hin - also deutlich schlechter als auf der Epson Leinwand - egal ob mit Photoschwarz oder Mattschwarz.

Aber probieren ist hier bestimmt der einzige und sichere Weg.

In einem späteren Beitrag habe ich auch was von Empfindlichkeit der Oberflächen der Leinwand geschrieben. Hier gilt, mit Mattblack deutlich empfindlicher als mit Photoblack und am unemfpindlichsten mit Mattblack ist die matte Epsonleinwand.

Grundsätzlich gilt auch, mit Photoblack möglichst wenig schwarze Flächen drucken. Denn alle anderen Farben sind ja identisch. Ein schwarzer Hintergrund um ein Bild oder in einem Bild, da fällt eben doch auf, das Schwarz eben nur Dunkelgrau ist bei Photoblack.

kann man die Epson-Leinwand auch mit der Photo-Blacktinte bedrucken oder wird es dann flau im Druck?
